Eiswerder - View to the historic district Spandau

Eiswerder is an isle in Spandau, Berlin which was mostly known for producing guns, artillery and ammunition around both world wars. Today there is no industry left but most of the buildings are still there. Some of them are empty, others became modern apartments. With the help of many investors the whole isle will be a small community for itself in the next few years.
